Accountability is half the battle when it comes to sticking to a routine, I am offering a 30-Day Ab Challenge.
You can do this challenge form anywhere! Basically, you will receive a week of Ab Workouts. Each workout will take you less than 10 minutes. Once completed, check-in with me and be entered in that week’s drawing for free stuff including yoga classes, group classes, and swag!
You will start receiving the workouts via email. All you have to do is respond to the email with “DONE!” after you complete each week.
Here is an example of the first week :
Day 1 - Ab Straight Sets
Day - 2 Ab Circuits
Day 3 - REST
Day 4 - Ab Super Sets
Day 5 - Ab Circuits
Day 6 - Rest
Day 7 - Ab Straight Sets
Check in each time you complete the workout for accountability
